frigid weather

The cold weather we had would have really slowed our progress, but by the time it hit, we had long finished the exterior construction and the furnace was working well inside. There was a little ice buildup, but it looks cool in the photo. There's also a shot of Adam and Nathan painting for us. Adam, Nathan, my Dad and Ward have really been working hard to get the 14,000 square feet of walls painted and they've done a great job. Thanks everyone!

Selling the townhouse

Well, Ward and I spent the better part of three weeks (and particularly the weekends) getting the house ready to view. Apparently it's difficult for people to consider buying a home when they can't see the walls or the floor. So we were rewarded with our first offer 6 days after we listed and had the deal done 24 hours later. What a relief! Now we can just focus on finishing the Lee house. Yeah us!
